April 14, 2009: BPSOS is excited that three new clients are applying for microenterprise loans through the Road to Independence through Savings and Education (RISE) program!
Two of the loan applicants are in the construction sector, and one wants to renovate his nail salon to attract more customers. BPSOS staff members with expertise in business development are scrutinizing their applications and working to guide them to the best possible outcome.
