Mary Carrier is a retired Hurricane Rita survivor who is currently residing in Port-Arthur with her mom, daughter, son-in-law and their seven children. With her twenty plus years in the U.S. Army. Mary will bring great expertise to the Disaster Case Management Program. She is a voting officer in two non-profit organizations, a member at large in another, and a volunteer for several others. Besides her enjoyment of reading, boating, fishing and spending time with family. Mary also have a passion for serving others. Let’s welcome Mary to BPSOS!
