BPSOS-Louisville’s mission is to help Vietnamese Americans overcome barriers to information and services, including limited English proficiency, low literacy, low income, lack of transportation, and cultural barriers. Realizing this mission means offering support in areas such as healthcare and preparation for the US citizenship test, among many other programs.
