I am a Hurricane Ike Crisis Counselor of Brazoria and Galveston counties. There was a large Vietnamese community in San Leon, TX that was completely devasated. As counselors, we are looking for ways to reach out to and support the Vietnamese community. We do not have Vietnamese-speaking community.
